Dr Panayiotou Alexandros graduated from the Medical University of Plovdiv- Faculty of Dental Medicine in 1989 and had his 3-year Master in Prosthetic Dentistry in 1992. Since then, he runs his dental clinic in Nicosia working mainly in Prosthodontics and implantology (both surgical and prosthetic). He attended since then almost all the courses and seminars run by different implant companies. In his office he is working with both digital and conventional impression techniques. From 2011 until 2018 he was teaching the prosthetic discipline at the Dental assistance program at the EUC-CYPRUS COLLEGE.
In 2019 he started working as external collaborator at the Dental school of European university, he is teaching 3rd year students at the labs on phantom heads, 4th and 5th year students as their clinical instructor and also their lectures and seminars.
He is one of the course coordinators in years 3,4,5 and one of the examiners. A group of students every year visit his clinic where can watch and sometimes participate in clinical cases that are not in their dental program, such as implantology.
