SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Dr Panos Kessaris is a Lecturer in the European University of Cyprus. He got his DDS from National Kapodistrian Univ. of Athens Dental School in 1991. He graduated from the Specialty Program of Baylor University Medical Center (affiliated with Texas A & M University) as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (Internship and Residency training). His Mentors (L. Wolford, W. Bell, G. Triplett, R. Walker) were pioneers over this field. He worked and teached part time in Germany (1996), UK (1997), France (2007-2012) and China (2013-2016) as an opinion leader of Nobel BioCare, ITI – Straumann, Anthogyr and Osstem. He has numerous presentations regarding the autologous bone grafting (mainly anterior iliac crest), for dental implant placement and the handling of their surgical complications. He is an author, and teaching remains to be his greatest joy.
